Tunnel II - Holland tunnel

Un petit coup de photoshop pour mettre en Noir&Blanc tout sauf le taxi new-yorkais. La photo a été prise la semaine dernière dans le tunnel Holland, en pleine nuit, alors que j'y étais pour assister à l'installation de nouveau prototype de lumière à LED conçu à mon travail. Ce tunnel, qui relie Jersey City à Manhattan a été construit à partir de 1920 et complété en 1927, ce qui en fait sûrement un des plus vieux tunnels urbains encore en opération en Amérique

This shot was taken in the Holland Tunnel by night while I was there to assist at installation of new LED luminaire prototype designed by the company I work for. This tunnel connects Jersey City with Manhattan and was opened in 1927 after 7 years of construction. It might be one of the oldest urban tunnel in America still in operation.
