Semaha.. good shot... are you using the 90-300? If you did.. I suggest you try it at f8.0.. I have one picture of a bird i took at that same range..

Eventhough it is real cheap.. but it has its strengths!

@Shiva: Shiva, I have the 70-300mm canon lens... love that lens for that kind of close-ups

Astounding - I've never seen such close capture of this sort of bird - it's not stuffed, is it (in the taxidermist sense, of course!)?

@Sidonie: Sidonie... yes this bird is real. In fact I was pretty close to it when I took the photo, about 3m or so...
